We admit learners from 10 months to 15 years (Crèche through Year 9). Our classes are: Crèche, Nursery 1 & 2, Kindergarten 1 & 2, Primary 1 to 6, and Lower Secondary.

Admissions are open year-round, but our main intake is in September. Summer school admission opens in June. Contact the office for available slots.

You will need: your child's birth certificate, 2 passport photos, immunization record, previous school report (if applicable), and a completed admission form.

Yes. We do a friendly, age-appropriate assessment to understand your child's learning level. It helps us place them in the right class and support their growth.

We run the Ghana Education Service (GES) and Cambridge curricula, enriched with international best practices. We emphasise literacy, numeracy, STEM and character education.

We maintain low ratios for personalised attention: Crèche/Nursery 1:10, KG 1:15, Primary 1:20, and JHS not exceeding 20 learners. This ensures every child is seen and supported.

Yes. French and Computing are core subjects from Nursery 2. We also run coding and robotics clubs as extracurricular activities.

Regular school runs from 7:00am to 3:00pm. We offer after-school care (at a fee) until 5:00pm for working parents. Kindly indicate on the admission form if you would prefer after-school care.

Yes. Our chef and team prepare nutritious, balanced, warm meals daily. Breakfast and lunch are served, and we accommodate allergies with advance notice.

We offer swimming, music & drumming, dance, taekwondo, art & craft, debate and public speaking club, STEM/robotics, and a young farmers club. Activities vary by term.

We have trained staff, gated premises, CCTV, a controlled pick-up policy, and certified first-aid personnel. All staff undergo background checks.

Yes. We provide bus services to most areas in Gbetsile and surrounding communities. Routes depend on enrolment — contact us to confirm availability in your area.

We give age-appropriate homework to reinforce learning. Lower classes have reading plus one activity daily. We encourage parents to guide, not complete it for them.

We share weekly updates via class WhatsApp groups, hold termly open days, and provide detailed report cards. Teachers are available for appointments.

We have two resident trained nurses and a medical doctor on call, and our staff are first-aid trained. Parents are called immediately and learners are taken to hospital if needed. Emergency contacts must be kept up to date.

Yes. Our summer school runs July–August with academics, life skills, field trips and fun activities. It is open to both Edems Court and external learners.

Yes. We offer a safe, nurturing boarding facility for learners from Kindergarten 2 and above. Our hostels are supervised 24/7 by trained house parents.

We offer weekly boarding and full boarding. Weekly boarders stay Monday to Friday and go home on weekends; full boarders stay throughout the term.

Boys and girls have separate hostels. Dormitories are well-ventilated with 4–6 beds per room, individual lockers, mosquito nets and study desks.

We have 24/7 security, CCTV, gated premises and resident house parents. Visitors are strictly monitored and only approved contacts can pick up learners.

Boarders receive breakfast, lunch, supper and two snacks daily. Meals are prepared by our well-trained chefs with balanced menus and provisions for allergies.

Morning devotion, personal hygiene, school, supervised prep, dinner, recreational time, and lights out. Weekends include laundry, club activities and outings.

Yes. We run supervised evening prep from 6:30pm–8:00pm with teachers on duty. Learners who need extra help receive support from resident staff.

Boarders can bring essentials like toiletries, casual clothes and books. Phones, electronics and large sums of money are not allowed. A full checklist is provided on admission.

We have a sick bay with a resident nurse. For emergencies, learners are sent to hospital and parents are notified immediately. Medical forms must be completed before boarding.

Parents can call during designated hours through the house parents' line. We also schedule regular visiting days and share updates via the boarding WhatsApp group.

We admit toddlers from 6 months to 2 years old. Children are placed in age-appropriate groups to ensure they get the right care and stimulation.

Crèche runs from 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. We offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times to support working parents.

We maintain a 1:5 ratio in Crèche. Each child receives close attention, warmth and support from our trained caregivers.

Please pack diapers, wipes, extra clothing, feeding bottles, formula/food and a blanket. Label all items. We provide a detailed checklist on admission.

We follow each child's home routine. Meals and snacks are given at scheduled times, and toddlers have supervised naptime on clean, comfortable cots.

We use play-based activities like singing, storytelling, sensory play and motor-skills games. This builds language, social and cognitive development.

We work with your routine at home. Caregivers gently guide toddlers through toilet training when they show signs of readiness, with lots of praise and patience.

Nursery 1 is for children aged 2½ to 3½ years; Nursery 2 is for children aged 3½ to 4½ years. Placement depends on both age and developmental readiness.

We focus on foundational skills through play: letter and number recognition, phonics, pre-writing, colours, shapes, social skills and motor development. French, ICT and cultural dance are introduced.

We prefer children to be toilet trained before Nursery 1. However, we understand accidents happen — our assistants are patient and will help children who are still learning.

Yes. Nursery 1 has supervised naptime after lunch from 12:30pm–1:30pm; Nursery 2 has quiet rest time. We provide clean mats and encourage healthy sleep routines.

Our teachers are trained to help children settle. We allow a gradual transition in the first week and keep you updated. Most children adjust within two weeks.

Reception is for children aged 4½ to 5½ years. It is the final stage before Primary 1 and focuses on school readiness.

We cover EYFS curriculum basics: phonics and reading, writing skills, numbers 1–100 and more, addition & subtraction, science, French, ICT and social skills. Learning is hands-on and play-based.

We build independence, concentration and confidence. Children practise sitting for lessons, following instructions, completing tasks and using pencils correctly.

Yes, but light. Expect 10–15 minutes of reading, phonics practice or number work daily. It reinforces what was taught and builds routine.

We use Jolly Phonics and one-on-one support. If a child struggles, we inform parents early and create a simple intervention plan. Early help works best.

Our Primary runs from Primary 1 to Primary 6, for children aged 6 to 12 years. Each class builds on the GES and Cambridge curricula with enrichment in STEM, arts and leadership.

Core subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, Religious Studies, Ghanaian Language, French, Computing, Creative Arts, PE, Coding and Robotics.

Lower Primary (Y1–Y3): 20–30 mins daily. Upper Primary (Y4–Y6): 45–60 mins. Homework reinforces classwork and builds responsibility. Weekends are for projects and reading.

Yes. Our P2, P4 and P6 pupils write the NST. We fully prepare Year 9 learners for the BECE and placement into top SHS, and we run internal mock exams.

We run remedial classes after school and during prep. Teachers give differentiated work and we involve parents early. No child is left behind.

We use positive discipline: rewards, merit points and counselling. For serious issues we follow our behaviour policy, which includes parent conferences. No corporal punishment.

Uniforms are sold at the school office to ensure quality and correct colours. We do not recommend outside vendors. Samples and sizes are available for fitting.

We recommend at least 2 sets of daily uniform, 1 PE kit and 1 Friday wear. This allows for laundry and keeps your child neat every day.

Black school shoes with white socks for daily wear; white canvas/sneakers with white socks for PE. No sandals, slippers or coloured shoes are allowed.

No jewellery except small stud earrings for girls. No beads, chains or fancy hair accessories. Watches are allowed for upper-primary learners only.
